Route maps are revised for storm damage.

Venture out on the Kicker to discover world-class terrain. Don't be fooled by the lack of mountains. Mile to mile, the Kicker is equally as challenging as any of the rides that comprise the 'California Triple Crown'.  The best part is that we won't ride 200 miles and this terrain is right in your backyard! The routes will keep riders on paved roads and provide a great opportunity to experience some of the most scenic and challenging terrain found in the Midwest.

The day starts at the top of Wildcat Mountain State Park where riders can preview the ridges.  This ride's relentless series of 400 to 600 foot climbs, will take riders over the knarly ridges that surround the scenic Kickapoo River Valley.  The scenery in this region makes every mile worth the effort.

Two routes. A 100k with 10,200 ft of climbing and a 200k route 15,400 ft. of climbing.  The 100K stays in the northern regions where it is not unusual to gain 125-175 feet per mile.  Riding in this part of the driftless will differ from the rides such as the Brute, HHH & Dare.  Here, the climbs are not as tall.  The evelvation gain comes from the fact that there just isn't any flat terrain.   Valleys are short, ridges are serrated with knarly coulées.  Don't let the gains scare you away.  What goes up comes down.  Riding this region is as fun as it is challenging.

If you can't join us; put this region on your "must ride" list.  You will not find riding like this anywhere else in the midwest!
