Touring’s Policy for Reservations,
Cancellations & Refunds for Multi-day Tours
|

Reservations
Reservation forms can be completed on-line. A $300.00 deposit per
person is required to secure the reservation. Deposits are
payable on-line or by check through the mail. Payment method
is selected when submitting the on-line reservation form.
Reservations will be held for 7 days pending delivery of the deposit
check. The remaining balance must be paid in full
no later than 35 days before the tour departure date.
Reservations are canceled when balances in not paid in full by the due
date and cancellation policies applied to the refund.
Cancellation & Refunds
If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, you must notify
Spree Touring in writing of your intent to cancel your
reservation. Cancellation charges are necessary to cover
chargeback fees.

Refunds are not available for late arrivals, early termination of a
tour or illness.
Changes
When the situation permits, you may make changes to lodging, transfer
to another tour offered by Spree Touring or change dates for a custom
tour. Before the changes are made, you will be informed of
the additional costs associated with those charges and must
agree to the additional charges. Additional charges will be added to
your balance.
Each change, to each reservation will incur a $25 administrative
fee. In addition, the costs associated with cancellations and
additional costs associated with the change.
Tour Cancellation
Spree Touring reserves the right to cancel a tour if necessary. In the
event of a tour cancellation, customers can receive a full refund or
transfer the balance toward another tour offered by Spree Touring.
Refunds do not include trip preparation expenses, transportation fees
for getting to or departing from the tour, flight cancellations or
delays or illness. You may wish to consider purchasing travel insurance
to offset the risk associated some of these other expenses.
Open-ended transfers
At times, participants may have a choice to either transfer a
reservation or to receive a refund. Open-ended transfers in excess of
30 days will result in an automatic refund according to the terms of
this policy.
