Spree's Tour Release of Liability

Following, for
your review, is the Release of liability (waiver) for Spree Touring's
Tours. The official copy must be signed and dated by each participant.
Spree Touring trys to maximize participant safety and enjoyment. As
much as we try though, accidents do occur. So let's make sure we
establish each parties responsibilties. As always, please call if you
have questions.

Spree
Touring Tours Release of Liability & Assumption of Risks

Spree Touring, Inc. (collectively Spree Touring), its employees and
officers does not own or operate any entity which provides goods,
service or support including food and beverages, transportation,
equipment, facilities or promotion for this event. Spree
Touring purchases or reserves goods and services from independently
owned suppliers and services from independent organizations.
Suppliers are not employees, agents or representatives of Spree
Touring. Although Spree Touring will identify suppliers to
participants, Spree Toruing is not responsible for any purchase a
participant makes with these suppliers. I (the ‘participant)
agrees that Spree Touring is not liable for any negligent or willful
act, or failure to act, of any suppliers, organization or any third
party and will look to these entities for any injury, property damage,
or loss to myself or those participating with me. Determined
to ensure my enjoyment and safety; Spree Touring reserves the right to
correct errors and alter the event as suppliers and organizations alter
their support.
I understand the risks associated with bicycling and voluntarily
participate in this activity for enjoyment. I voluntarily
choose to participate in this tour acknowledging the associated risks
and dangers including negligence of in any manner on the part of Spree
Touring including, without limitation, negligence in conduct or
arrangement of this tour with regards to event origination through tour
completion; negligent maintenance and operation of motorized vehicles
or any other means of conveyance used during this event; negligent
maintenance and operation of bicycles used during this tour; lack of
rapid evacuation, medical supplies or inadequate medical
attention; consumption of alcoholic beverages; forces of
nature; civil unrest; terrorism; criminal acts; labor
disputes; risks associated with wild and domestic animals;
damage to personal property; lost or stolen property; transportation
failures resulting in delays; or for any other cause beyond the control
of Spree Touring.
I agree to be responsible for my own welfare and that I am currently
fit enough to be physically active for several hours in duration and
prepared for periods of intense physical exertion. I accept
all risks associated with unanticipated events, illnesses, physical
injury, emotional trauma, or death, when participating in this
event. I agree to wear a helmet and operate my bicycle in a
safe and lawful manner. I agree that this release shall be
legally binding upon me personally, all of my family members and legal
representatives; I intend to accept any and all risks associated with
this tour and release Spree Touring from any and all liabilities.
Spree Touring reserves the right to decline to accept or remove a
participant, without notice, from a tour if Spree Touring determines
the participant is unable to meet the challenges and requirements of
the tour, or who is detracting from the safety and enjoyment of the
tour. Spree Touring reserves the right to photograph it's
tours and use the photographs for Spree Touring's promotional and
commercial purposes without remuneration to participants.
